Return & Refund Policy

At SKNREVIVE, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless the item is defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@sknrevive.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sknrevive.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, contact us at info@sknrevive.com.

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
